You will learn practical performance skills in dance, drama and music as well as exploring the connections between all three. You’ll give performances in dance, drama, music as well as pieces that combine all three. You’ll learn about importance practitioners in all three areas, by trying out their ideas practically and you’ll learn how to write about what you’ve discovered from your practical work. Combines well with Theatre Studies, Dance, Music, although only one of these may be selected in addition to performance studies. Lessons in Performance Studies are often very practical and energetic. You will learn new skills in music, dance and drama, taught by teachers with professional performance experience. During the course you will get the opportunity to see top class professional performances. You will learn excellent communication skills that will no doubt help prepare you for the world of university and work.
