This course is for students wishing to continue their studies in animation. Students will have successfully completed their AS in this subject. Candidates will be introduced to a variety of experiences exploring a range of graphics media and techniques relating to the use of Graphics in Visual forms. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate skills specific to these studies, such as mark making, exploration of typography and Commercial Graphic Design. An important part of the course is the study of historical and contemporary developments and different styles and genres in the industry. Grading will be taken from the completion of units and a practical exam.
