Feltmaking - Beginners

During this short course you will learn how to make decorative pieces of felt using fleeces, yarns and fibres. These skills will be developed to produce three dimensional products such as bags, hats and scarfs. Learn how to 'paint' with wool to create pictures and how to make pre felts which can then be cut and inlaid to make further textile designs. These could be used as a wall hanging and further embellished with stitch at a later stage. Beginners and those with some experience who would like to learn about textile processes and techniques.

Entry requirements
