This course in Tunbridge Wells will introduce students to the Alexander Technique. The Alexander Technique is a method of releasing stresses and strains which prevent people from operating at their most efficient level. By the end of the course students should have a basic understanding of what the technique is and how it works. You will practise several activities using the new method and take away ideas to incorporate into their everyday lives. You will also be given information about further study. Anyone who is interested in learning about the Alexander Technique.
