This drawing and painting course in Sevenoaks will help you to use your drawing and painting skills to create al Christmas card design. You will have the option to use a range of media and techniques. The project will be introduced with clear instruction and demonstration. It might be simple and modern or a traditional winter landscape which could then be given as a gift or used as a Christmas card design. By the end of the day you should be able to:- Create preparatory designs and compose final artwork from these, Select materials that specifically relate to my chosen subject, Use colour theory and a limited palette to achieve a harmonious colourful artwork, Drawing and painting Christmas cards is for those students wanting to develop ideas for drawing or painting their own individual cards for Chritmas. All abilities, from absolute beginners through to those with previous artistic experience. It is important to note that Art courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity. If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another adult please ask to speak to the Programme Manager before you enrol.
