This is an experiential course exploring a variety of techniques to meditate, to relax and to enhance awareness. Successful students will learn how to: 1) Sit in a posture suitable for meditation, 2) Develop an awareness of breathing and the body through a variety of mindful exercises, including relaxation. 3) Use visualisation, inner listening and breath awareness to develop meditation , Those interested in experiencing the benefits of a mindful approach to life and in developing meditation practice.
