A one day introduction to some of the basic techniques and processes of printmaking. By the end of this course you should be able to: Produce a basic image that can be develop as a print. Transfer an image to a printing plate or block. Select and use a range of printmaking tools, inks, papers. Use the press to produce a print. Work to health and safety guidelines Beginners and those with some experience. It is important to note that craft courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity.
