Cake Decorating - Fantasy Flowers

Learn to make fantasy sugar flowers. Use sugar flower techniques to create your own stylised flowers from flowerpaste. Add beads, diamante pieces for stamens, wires and fabrics to create a stunning centrepiece. , During the course students will: - Design flowers to a client brief, - Make leaves and petals from cutters and designed templates, - Make original stamens/calyx, - Display to make a table centrepiece All Sugarcraft courses at Tonbridge centre are taught in a well equipped kitchen which adheres to local food hygiene regulations . This Flower making course is fo students who wish to develop their cake decorating skills further it is not suitable for complete beginners. There may be 1-2 hours of homework / preparation a week to enable the course to develop at a suitable pace. It is important to note that craft courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity.If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another person, please ask to speak with the Programme Manager before you enrol.
