Get the most of the early Summer and discover more about the Architecture, buildings and Landscape of Kent and Sussex. The course will start at the Tunbridge Wells Adult Education Centre but students will, if they wish, visit one or more villages of their choice in later weeks for on site study. Students can chose which villages and landscapes they want to study with the guidance of the tutor.. Students will learn to describe and classify building styles and features and to chart the development of the built and open space landscape over the centuries. The course is for you if you have an interest in discovering aspects of the architectural and landscape history of our local area. Each of the History - Buildings and Landscape of Kent and Sussex is a stand alone course and will study different parts for the local area, students are encouraged to come to several courses to embrace the variety of this subject.
