Please Note this course consists of approximately 45 minutes of Zumba followed by matwork exercise to stretch, strengthen and tone the body. This is a mixed ability class that is suitable for beginners and people with some experience. You will follow a dance routine You will need to be able to follow verbal instructions, observe and copy physical movements and use spatial awareness within a group. Please take a moment to consider the list below. You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dress are not suitable for this activity. Sports trainers are needed to support the feet and ankles. Outdoor sandals, shoes or boots are not appropriate for this class. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. Students may wish to bring a towel. Please bring water, and avoid eating one and a half hours prior to exercising.
