This course in Tunbridge Wells will use qigong (pronounced cheegong) and tai chi exercises with gentle ambient music playing in the background.The objective will be to provide a practice which can be used in everyday life to improve balance, breathing, mobility, energy flow and peace of mind. Anyone looking for gentle exercise to improve their mobility. Typically this would be the older person, or someone recovering from an illness or injury.

You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dress are not suitable for this activity. You should wear shoes with a soft sole. Sandals, boots or any footwear with a high heel are not recommended. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. Students may wish to bring a towel.
