Yoga for Mobility - Chair Based

Gentle modified yoga exercises to assist those with various mobility issues. Those for whom gentle yoga using a chair would be beneficial. Potential students who have not undertaken this class in the previous year will need to discuss their needs and assess their suitability with the tutor. New students are advised to consult their doctor before attending the course.
