Get to Know Your Laptop

On this course in Folkestone students will be introduced to the various features of laptop computers and compare them to desktop PCs. At the end of the course sudents should be able to: - compare the various applications already included at purchase with others which they may want to add to increase its usefulness. - identify problems which can occur and learn to rectify them before calling in professional help. - know the basics of wireless connectivity, - use a laptop safely with the internet. Advice will be given regarding laptop maintenance. This course in Folkestone is for owners or potential owners of a laptop computer who wish to learn about and become more confident in its features, use and care.
