Come and learn how to cover a cake in sugarpaste to a professional finish. Working from a client brief, design a cake to include sugar flowers such as Stargazer Lily, Rose Buds, Cala Lilies and Foliage During the course students will: - Cover a cake/board with sugarpaste, - Methods of various side decoration, - Make wired sugar flowers/foliage, - Wire flowers and foliage into a spray , All Sugarcraft courses at Tonbridge centre are taught in a well equipped kitchen which adheres to local food hygiene regulations . This Cake Decorating course at Tonbridge Adult Education Centre is suitable for complete beginners and those with some previous sugarcraft experience. It is important to note that craft courses are practical and require a degree of manual dexterity. If you need to bring a carer with you, or be accompanied by another person, please ask to speak with the Programme Manager before you enrol.
