Cake Decorating - Birthday Cakes

This course will enable students to make a range of fun Birthday cakes, extending their cake carving skills and learning to use icing and sugar paste in creative ways. This course is an improvers level course for students who have already completed at least one beginners course.

Entry requirements

You will need: -A pen and notebook, -An apron, -Cake decorating tools as advised each week (the centre has some which can be borrowed), A list of what is needed for the first class will be emailed to you so please ensure you have registered your email address with us. You will then be advised by the tutor each week for the following class. There will be a small cost each week as you will be asked to bring the cakes you will ice. Please do not purchase any other equipment until you speak to the tutor during the first session.
