Our short business courses provide those currently in business or wishing to start their own business with the information, confidence and support to succeed. You may have everything in place, your business may even be up and running, but without paying customers you have no business! This practical session will explore the various on-line and off-line marketing techniques available to small businesses to help you find cost effective ways to shout about your business and reach your target audience. At the end of the course participants will be able to: - Describe the main promotional tools available to small businesses, - Explain how relationship marketing can help to increase the profit in your business, - Prepare a short marketing campaign plan to help you achieve one of your business goals, - Give examples of digital marketing and ways they could be used to help your business, The course is for people who are interested in starting their own business but are not sure how to go about it or those who have started their own business who would like some further marketing guidance.
