Term 2 course suitable for learners who live in Brent and are looking to work in care, retail or hospitality. The course is made up of three components: pre-employment training at Level 1 pre-GCSE at Brent Start for 2 weeks, 1 week relevant work experience, followed by a job interview.The training consists of core work skills including CV writing and interview skills, customer care,team building,etc.
