Creative Media is the ultimate marriage of Art and Technology. Throughout the film, TV, video games and various audio sources you will study, the emphasis is on the practical application of traditional and modern production techniques used to produce a wide range of Media. You will be using IT to create, dissect and manipulate images, video, CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) and audio to generate new and exciting media. This qualification is designed to give learners a technical understanding of film and television visual effects. Learners produce film and television visual effects through practical projects and gain knowledge and skills in areas such as storyboarding, 2D and 3D animation, compositing and rendering techniques.
