This introductory course will help you understand the nature and purpose of mentoring. It will enable you to identify the skills and qualities that make an effective mentor. The course will address issues of equality and cultural diversity and will encourage you to examine your own attitudes and values and reflect on how these might impact on your role as a mentor.
