Media Studies A Level

UPDATED 20161020 08:55:40

Students benefit from the range of expertise within the department. This is a popular course at A Level, because it gives students a range of practical skills in photography , filming, editing, storyboarding and planning. They learn to work independently and as part of a group. Students use blogs to update teachers on their progress throughout the course and especially when completing practical productions. Students also film and edit school productions, such as 'Outburst'. Our students have clear progression routes after completing their A Levels in English Literature and Media Studies, many have gone on to study at top universities.
