Year 12 students will complete four units; three mandatory units worth a total of 20 credits and one optional unit worth 10 credits. The mandatory units include: Unit 1: The Principles of Anatomy and Physiology in Sport Unit 2: The Physiology of Fitness Unit 3: Assessing Risk in Sport The optional unit is: Unit 7: Fitness Testing for Sport and Exercise The units for Year 13 have yet to be confirmed but will include subjects such as Coaching Sport and Diet in Sport . There is no final examination at the end of each unit as all assessment is assignment based.
