In this course students will study the fundamental principles of physics, assessed through three examined units and a non-examined practical endorsement. The course covers the key principles behind physics - such as forces, electricity and circuits, waves, the laws of motion, fields and nuclear physics - before going on to look at physics in action and industry. Learners will develop a large number of practical and analytical techniques that will prepare them for a range of careers and degree courses in science or engineering.
