This is a full day course, which will follow the pre-entry curriculum for Basic English & Maths. Subject matter and materials will be geared towards the afternoon cookery session. This is the third step in the three cookery classes offered by Bury Adult Learning Service. Learning Outcomes: Learn a variety of techniques to help you prepare simple meals, snacks and desserts. A knowledge of safety and hygiene rules for the kitchen. Meet a variety of learning outcomes relevant to the individual within the pre-entry/numeracy model
