Film Studies explores different layers of meaning within cinema; both analytically and practically. Students will study film language and techniques, how film creates meaning for an audience while experiencing cinematic works from around the world. This will be achieved through a combination of film theory, written and practical assessment and students own interpretation of what film means to, and creates for, them.
