The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 HND provides greater breadth and specialisation than the Level 4 HNC. The structure of the programme provides an innovative and creative curriculum, covering core areas such as the Business Environment, Business Communication and Information, Marketing and Human Resources - all fundamental to the success of business organisations. The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 HND is made up of 16 units: eight mandatory and eight specialist units. The structure of the programme provides an innovative and creative curriculum, covering core areas such as the business environment, business communication and information, marketing and human resources - all fundamental to the success of business organisations. Mandatory units include: The Business Environment, Managing Financial Resources and Decisions, Organisations and Behaviour & Marketing Principles. Specialist units could include: Project management, Marketing intelligence, Advertising and Promotion, Personal and Professional Development. The course is delivered using a balance between practical and theory. We include e-learning, one-to-one support, Individual Learning Plans, external visits, events and speakers.
