You will study many areas including: introduction to the hair and beauty Sector, presenting a professional image in a salon, shampooing and conditioning, basic make up, welcoming visitors, job opportunities in hair and beauty sector, making and receiving calls, career progression, preparing for work, working as a part of a group, communicating electronically and plan and participate in an event and maintain health and safety of self and others in the work place. This course will help you to understand aspects of the hair and beauty sector and the skills required to work successfully in the industry.
