The Business Improvement Techniques Apprenticeship package offered by the Chamber includes the C & G Level 2 NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques, Functional Skills in maths 1 (or higher) and English Level 1 (or higher) and the C & G Level 2 Certificate in Improving Business Performance (recognised as a technical certificate). Learner will also complete Employee Rights and Responsibilities at Level 2.
