Essential Computing - Beginners (HAFLS)

This course is suitable if you already know how to use a mouse and keyboard and have basic computer skills. Now learn how to use Microsoft Word to create documents that include applying different text styles and sizes, as well as inserting images, saving your work and managing your files. You will learn how to navigate through different programmes and use the internet, plus get an overview of social networking and how to safeguard when working online. This course is funded by the Skills Funding Agency in partnership with Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Service and Herts County Council.
