The course contains the study of: groups; graphs and trees; Euclidean geometry; sets and relations; series and differential equations. It is assessed by two final examinations. It is aimed at the mathematics specialist and is taken in conjunction with the higher level course. This course is taken as an additional certificate - not part of your IB diploma. You must expect to be challenged by this subject and seek some answers for yourself. Expect to need to work substantially outside of lessons.
