During the five term course, students cover a number of varied activities and each student is encouraged to develop their own individual approach. Formal elements of Art and Design are taught as part of the general scheme. All these elements fulfil the requirements of the National Curriculum (Key Stage 4).The exam taken is Art and Design. Most pupils will enter the FINE ART endorsement.
