Portfolios will be assessed internally within the department by the tutors to ensure that standards and expectations have been met. The ASDAN External Moderator will sample Level 3 work from the ASDAN department and provide feedback. Candidates who have successfully met the agreed standards for all six units will receive the Certificate of Personal Effectiveness.
