This course helps you to prepare to work safely and with confidence in the construction industry with a focus on painting and decorating construction skills. You will work to recognised industrial standards and you will gain the underpinning knowledge and skills to prepare you for a career in the industry. The College has close links to construction companies and the training exercises and working conditions on the course are similar to those experienced on site. Conditions at this training centre reflect those on site. Students are required to wear protective overalls, toe protective footwear, a recommended basic tool kit and text book.
