The Teaching and Learning programme is ideal for and aimed at those specialist support staff roles that directly support teaching and learning in schools. Units Include - Communication and Professional Relationships with Children, Young People and Adults - Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Work with Children and Young People - Support Children and Young People's Health and Safety - Support Learning Activities The apprenticeship is delivered within the workplace; learners have the opportunity to attend classes to enable them to develop and achieve a recognised functional skill qualification.
