The Level 3/4 Foundation Studies Diploma is designed to bridge the gap between further and higher education. The course is broken down into three stages: - Exploratory Stage - develop technological and practical skills - Pathway Stage - consolidate your chosen specialism from a range of areas including: fine art, painting and drawing, printmaking, textiles, sculpture, photography, video, visual communication, graphic design, illustration, multimedia, 3D design and ceramics - Confirmatory Stage - complete a final major project which involves research and development through selfmanaged learning
