We run a series of taster session during the year for you to come and have a go at to see if business is the right choice for you. Extended Description This course will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge of, and skills you will need to for the world of work. From investigating different types of business ownership through to how finances are managed, you will be building your employability skills through a range of practical activities. You will cover the following areas: • Business Purposes • People in Organisations • Business Organisations • Financial Forecasting Future Opportunities You could progress on to the Business Level 3 course Apprenticeship or find entry level employment in the field of administration.

Each assessment will be graded at pass, merit or distinction level and is continuous throughout the duration of your course. You will be assessed by coursework. Whilst taking one of our full-time vocational courses you will also complete a programme of GCSE/ Functional Skills which could comprise of a combination of English, Maths and ICT.
