'' This is a 20 week course which will enable you to demonstrate basic patisserie and confectionary skills to help your professional career as a pastry chef or just to improve your culinary ability at home as it leads on nicely from our cake decorating and sugar flowers courses. It will enable you to cover all of the patisserie and confectionary skills and knowledge you require at level 2, and will enable you to progress onto Level 3 Certificate in General Patisserie and Confectionary or another Professional Cookery qualification.
