Module 1 of Introduction to Office and Admin Skills atarts with a look at different skills and attitudes needed to work effectively in an office and administrative environment.  It covers an analysis of current personal strengths and weaknesses and developing confidence for the workplace.  We will explore how to work assertiveley with others and communicate effectively at all levels.
