BTEC Law is an internally assessed course focussed upon teaching the basic principles of the English legal system. This course will suppot learners who are more confident following a coursework based programme of study. We have a strong team of social scientists, who are all subject specialists in the areas they teach. Our assessment practise and the understanding that our teachers have avout the processes of external examination enables our learners to focus upon the core skills for success. We have written the majority of the resources we use ourselves and they are tailored specifically for the courses we provide.

There are three formally assessed assignments within each unit. In Applied Law, we adopt a blended approach to assessed work and try to include a sense of diversity with the tasks we set. learners are required to adhere to strict deadlines and will have individual meetinfs with their teacher at regular intervals to check progress and to ensure thy are coping with the course's requirements.
