Computer Science is a creative subject that combines invention and excitement. Computer Science will value computational thinking, helping learners to develop the skills to solve problems, design systems and understand the power and limits of human and machine intelligence. The teachingstaff in the Digital Media department have expertise in Computer Science. We have a proven track record of results in both academic and vocational subjects and have perepared many students for successful applications to study for higher level IT qualifications beyond our Sixth Form. We are also fortunate enough to have a member of staff that is emploued in part by Microsoft in the Microsoft Innovative Expert Education programme.
