This apprenticeship has been designed for staff working in licensed hospitality premises such as bars, clubs, hotels and restaurants. The BIIAB Technical Certificate in Licensed Hospitality Operations includes the unit Legal and Social Responsibilities of a Personal License Holder which is required by most courts to hold a licensed premises license. You could progress from this qualification to the Team Leading Apprenticeship or the Licensed Hospitality Advanced Apprenticeship if you get promoted to a supervisory role.
