There are 15 units to complete , some on the learning outcomes are knowledge based you will complete and some of them will be observed by an assessor. The assessor will support you with all parts of the qualification. The 15 units consist off your role as a care worker, effective communication skills, First Aid, moving people and equipment safely, personal development, duty of care, privacy and dignity, fluids and nutrition , equality and diversity, mental health, dementia, learning disabilities , safe guarding, health and safety, handling information and infection, prevention and control
