The qualification consists of a wide range of units related to the cleaning industry. Units are agreed between your employer and assessor which meet your current job role. These units form the basis of your cleaning qualification. There are some units that are generic to the cleaning industry such as health and safety. In addition to this you will also have to complete the technical certificate which makes up the framework to include Functional Skills depending on your GCSE grades in maths and English.
