Candidates are sent a self study pack prior to attending the course. The actual course is a training presentation and demonstration, followed by a practical visual assessment and multiple choice theory. Candidates who wish to gain accreditation to install unvented units, allowing them to self-certificate their installations, without the need for building control prior approval (conditions apply).
