The course introduces you to the rapidly developing world of information technology. You will study a wide range of subjects that will consist of: The Online World - looking at social media, real-time communication, and instant messages. Technology Systems - learning about the computer system e.g. CPU, RAM, storage, GPU's and how data is carried between components in a PC. Software Development - You will learn the basic principles of computer programming and create your own programs! Mobile Apps Development - Create a phone app game! You will learn how to design, create and test an app using the Android language. Other units: Installing Computer Hardware; build your own Computer. Digital Portfolio; showcase work on your website.
