It is highly practical and centres around band rehearsal, performance and instrumental skills development (including vocals). You will receive small group tuition on your main instrument. You will also study units on the history of popular music, the music business, music technology, musicianship, composition and songwriting. Personal Professional Development Functional Skills or GCSEs also form an integral part of the course. You'll also get the opportunity to perform at one of our gigs over the year You will need to commit to at least five hours practice on your instrument in your own time each and every week: vital for you as a musician!
