Post WW1 British painting continued its evolution along the modernist line, eventually reaching the abstraction of the St Ives School. Alongside this, there was also a return to a more figurative style, and we will look at how different styles of painting continued to develop in the inter-war period. There will be a half hour break for lunch, please bring your own.
