The course is aimed at students who are either already working in the housing sector and considering a career progression or those who wish to pursue a career in housing. It is an introductory vocational qualification for the housing sector and aims to provide learners with a basic understanding of housing as well as with the skills and knowledge required to participate in housing related activities.
