This course benefits the employer in having an enthusiastic apprentice and ongoing support from a College Coordinator. It ensures that your staff will have a good understanding of the hairdressing industry and the barbering skills required for their job role. Your employee would also have the opportunity to enter competitions and go on trips.

They will need to complete a small exam for the Functional Skills part of the course.
