Formal IT training for work club users and ESOL learners delivered in a modular format, which can be tailored to user learning needs. Modules will be pitched at different levels of ESOL and experience of ICT. Topics will include use of internet for job search, online forms, create passwords where necessary and generally move towards a more proficient use of computers. Volunteer LSAs with ESOL/ICT/employment advice experience will support this class.
