Are you passionate about games development- animation- digital graphics or computer systems- programming or networking? Then this course is right for you! You will have the opportunity to develop your practical skills and knowledge in the following areas: games software development- installing hardware and software- networking- programming- animation- digital graphics- human-computer interfaces for computer games- and project planning and also receive experience during a work placement. It will also provide you with the Level 5 qualification required to progress onto the final year of a Bachelors Honours Degree. We have a 100% achievement rate on this course and excellent feedback from our past students. In fact- some of our past students have gone on to become graphic designers- web designers- programmers- computer technicians and teaching in IT. While you are on this course you may get to visit Bletchley Park and the NEC World Skills Show. We also have guest speakers who we invite in to college to enhance your learning. These have included IBM- MP Paul Uppal- MP Emma Reynolds- White Ribbons as part of Road Safety and Alcohol Awareness Week and a university progression talk by Jasbir Uppal. This is a two year full-time course.
